This the sequel to the original Nodame Cantabile, which aired in 2007. PC picks up immediately after the two main characters, Chiaki and Nodame, arrive in Paris from Japan. Chiaki aims to be an orchestral conductor and Nodame is attending the French Conservatoire. They are in a semirelationship and the show consists of their development as classical musicians and their interactions as a couple as well as with the other music students in France.
This was a fun, light-hearted sequel to the original series. If you liked the original, you should definitely watch this 11-episode sequel.
