For those of you out there who hate yourselves enough to actually try the
Bacon Cheese Roll (I'm one of them...it was amazing...::struggles to inhale::),
a new baconlicious recipe is available. Brought to you by the geniuses at
BBQ Addicts, I give you ::wheezes:: the
Bacon Explosion.
To make heart-stoppingly awesome work of art. Start with a weaved square of bacon which is seasoned.
Sausage is then layered on top of the bacon weave.
Now for more bacon....and BBQ sauce.
Finally the whole shebang is rolled up and tossed on the grill.
Once cooked, smother it in even more BBQ sauce, slice, and serve.
